i have 30 hectares that backs onto a national park i took it overnight camping into the park and got about 75miles at 35-40hp (roughly 5hours+) on a trail anything more then 60hp setting is moronic, the people that i know that brought the 80hp ver of the bike said they never set it to it and it was a waste of $1000 which could be spent on aftermarket parts for the bike

Barrel break with soft copper and lead leaving itself behind isn’t the same as engine break in. With an engine use a little engine braking and the vacuum will seat rings just fine.

Ktm has always made some of the best running bikes. I love an old carburetor on a bike, but that’s because it’s easy to work on. I’d have a brand new KTM if I could afford it any day of the week over my 2003 yz

I learned that wearing safety glasses hear in the dez is a recipe for a very short ride and eye pain/irritation like you wouldn't believe. Plus, goggles protect from the mesquites, and everything else with thorns, from getting to your face.

Now that you mention carrying a gun while riding, I've actually been thinking about the concept of getting around via dirt bike when I'm hunting, because usually people are getting around on 4X4 trucks, super duties or maybe even Side by sides, with the occasional ATV thrown in, but universally, they never seem nimble enough to get off of fire roads. That being said, one would have a heck of a time trying to get back to the truck with any medium sized or larger game like a deer.

Large lens sport glasses like the Oakley Jawbreaker are great for eye protection and air flow. If you are sucking dust chasing your buddies, then it has to be goggles.

She is a sweet French ride. Gotta love Sherco. Kyle, random question. I notice your also experiencing UA-cam compression with creates pixels. I hate what YT does to your beautiful footage even with good light. Do you capture in 1080 with your action camera or do you capture video in 2k/4k and then export? I've been running some recent test to try and improve what YT does to our footage. Its frustrating as a content creator to have your footage crushed. Keep up the great work. Been following you for many of years! WADZ from BC Canada ☮ Btw that Pres debate last night was shocking to watch.

Always keep a pair of safety glasses in reach. You never know when you may need them. Preferably ballistic with little between your face and the frame. I usually get yellow lenses, you can always use more contrast....unless it is super bright out. Eye injuries are the worst.

I have been using glasses for years to trail ride, except for very rare occasions when goggles are needed-like extreme dust. Currently I’m running 100% Sppedcraft sunglasses, but there are a lot of good brands out there. With better airflow they are much more comfortable than goggles on the trail, and easier to deal with as well. Unless you are racing, I see no reason why good high-impact resistant sunglasses shouldn’t be the go-to for recreational single track and dirt riding

The smells encountered trail riding are always memorable. Magpul iPhone cases work well for me not just their AR & AK magazines, furniture etc.. I have ridden my pit bike with Ray Bans, safety glasses would do in a pinch.

a branch can still slip past the gap between the nose and eye, happened to me once was lucky, a fried playing airsoft and my cousin drilling steel overhead had a still chip go into his eye, goggles will always be safer but when its really hot or as a back up safety glasses are fine

I unsubscribed about 2 years ago. I don't care about the sweepstakes. Make a video about bikes. Riding. Product reviews. Regain viewers who want to support you. I coomented this to you two years ago, and the next video was 100% about sweepstakes. (I then unsubscribed) I don't care, I want a dirt bike channel. Cry me a river. Look at Xtraining enduro, I've been watching their videos for over ten years. Because it's about riding. Go back to that.

Splash resistant safety glasses have a foam seal that keeps more wind and dust out of your eyes than standard safety glasses. You can find safety glasses with good polarized lenses online or a welding store. I carry a pair of clear lens for nighttime.
